Christi Messinger, CPA
Christi was born, raised, and still lives in the Mid Cities area. A graduate of L.D. Bell High School and Texas Wesleyan University, Christi started her accounting career in the tax department of what was then Deloitte Haskins and Sells (Deloitte). After leaving Deloitte, Christ worked with several small to medium-size firms in the DFW area before starting her own practice specializing in tax preparation, planning, and business consulting. After many years of having an office in Bedford, Christi relocated her firm to Main St. in Grapevine, Texas in May of 2016 and is excited to be part of the growing Grapevine community. Christi loves to travel, watch Aggie football and try new restaurants with her husband Stan. The two of them have a son Clayton and his wife Raegan, a daughter Mackenzie and 3 furry “children”.

Raegan Messinger, Accountant
Raegan was born and raised in the DFW Metroplex. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a degree in communications. In 2012, she moved back to the area and married her husband, Clayton. Raegan joined the firm in May of 2016, in time for the grand opening of the new location in Grapevine. She has worked in custom apparel sales and corporate retail buying for the past 6 years before transitioning to her position in accounting. Hobbies include running a small online retail boutique, traveling, following the Aggie football team, and checking off her foodie bucket list with Clayton, reading, and running. The couple also has an Australian Shepherd named Zooey, who is loving her new backyard in Grapevine, where they recently bought their first fixer-upper.

Kaylee A. Carpenter, CPA
Kaylee was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. She relocated to the DFW area to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating with her Masters of Professional Accounting in 2010. Kaylee joined our firm part-time in February of 2017 after spending several years working in research finance for two of the area’s leading healthcare systems. Kaylee left full-time employment to spend more time with her daughter Claire. Kaylee likes to travel, sew, and spend time outdoors with Claire and her husband Mark.
